It guarantees nothing on its own but with the right approach agile can make it easier to improve on (product) quality. Think of it as an equivalent of a "HD Ready" television - it has the capability of showing high-resolution TV programmes but it can not guarantee that any is broadcast.<br /><br />Btw, I love the way you write about quality being a group effort.
